Reporting to the Board of the Company, you will be directly responsible for the business performance of the business unit in charged and driving the business in regional/international markets as assigned. You will focus on the unexpressed and future needs of the customers in conceptualizing and designing solutions that may encompass the operations of various divisions and/or external entities. You will also analyze, identify and chart the direction and business strategies for the business unit for both the local and overseas markets. Besides leading, motivating and managing a team of business development and technical managers and staff to achieve the strategic and tactical plans of the business unit, you will provide business and technical advice to customers and partners with a view to meet the customers’ needs while maintaining company’s business viability and product positioning. In addition, you will establish and maintain good business relationships with stakeholders to influence and achieve business goals, as well as identify and groom successors and talents for talent development.

Position Requirements
|
|
ou should possess a Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience providing global supply chain solutions including 3 years in a management capacity in the trade & logistics industry. Experience in business development, selling and marketing technology solutions to exporters, manufacturers, forwarders or retailers will be an advantage. You should also possess leadership, problem-solving, project management, analytical and strategic thinking skills, while being highly adaptable with strong business acumen and customer focus. |
