In conjunction with Capability Leaders plan, direct and coordinate technical transformation activities required to support business objectives across the region.
-Represent the SDC in planning and governance roles by bringing cultural insights, innovation, growth strategies and new business development to the regional forum.
-Define, develop and validate technical solutions in conjunction with Delivery Team and Capability Leaders
-In conjunction with Capability Leaders manage the Capability’s regional Best Practice plan.
-Lead an inspired team that delivers ahead of schedule and under budget, while setting industry best-in-class benchmarks.
-Develop, foster and maintain key relationships within the organization to fully understand service business drivers.
-Accountability for planning, and implementing budgets and financial management for SDC and associated geographies.
Requirements
Global Capability Leaders – to understand Capability strategy and plans and provide feedback on improving Capability performance
-ITO AP Capability Leaders (peers) – to work as a team towards supporting the Region’s strategic direction and plans
-Other Service Delivery Centre Leaders (peers) - to work as a team towards supporting the Region’s strategic direction and plans
-Direct Reports – to provide direction, ensure delivery, resolve issues, coach and mentor
-Delivery Executives to understand contract and delivery requirements, discuss status and transform contract delivery
