Director, Software Product Management
Ensure all parties involved in a product release are able to complete their deliverables on times to avoid delays
Schedule and manage product release process
Manage issues with products already deployed to customers
Develop product plans for new products
Develop and document marketing requirements for new products, releases, and changes
Document functional specifications for new product features
Work with sales, marketing, and customers to ensure that products are positioned to deliver value
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
Software technical background is mandatory
Minimum 15 years of working experience, with at least 7 years in a similar scope handling enterprise software applications
Have experience gathering, documenting, and prioritizing software product requirements
Proven project management skills, with experience in scheduling, prioritization, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working with deadlines
Able to communicate effectively with technical professionals
Travel as per business requirements
