As the regional head, you will be responsible for managing the regional voice team in the areas of technical support, design and implementation of voice solutions in order to meet business needs. Your main role is to provide regional team management  support voice platforms consisting of  Avaya PBX, Ericsson MD110 and BP250 PABX, Octel VMX 200 Voice Mail, IPC IQMX Dealer Boards, Speakerbus SB534 Intercom, NICE Recorders and Racal Wordnet Series 2 Voice Recorders.

Requirements

You must have min 10 yrs of experience with min 5 yrs in leading / managing team to provide regional support of Voice platforms / technologies highlighted above preferably in financial industry. As a competent manager, you must have good experience in project planning, team management, project implementation, and ensuring smooth running of all voice services to various countries in the region. You are also expected to be able to 

liaise with 3rd party suppliers to define appropriate hardware and support models. You are required to possess good communication skills.
