Work with application engineering and sales team to provide technical support and customer service to customers.
-Collect, analyze and report customer yield data. Identify and alert of excursion in yield rates.
-Identify needs for FA and ensure valid FA sample collection.
Manage customer FA requests and responses (status tracking/reporting/documentation)
-Conduct primary FA.
-Manage FA progress, reporting, closure and cycle time.
-Ensure failure containment and identify root causes,
-Help to drive corrective actions to the source of problem. Monitor corrective actions and continuous improvement activities within the company and / or suppliers.
Assist in Quality Audits and customer

Write quality procedures as needed to document current practices.
Provide technical information and support of RMA process.



Requirements
BSEE, equivalent or higher required.
- Strong background in Quality initiatives, preferable in Semiconductor industry.
- Experience in semiconductor functional testing and failure analysis.
- Knowledge in AGP / PCIE bus and 3D graphics is a plus.
- 2 years Customer Interface experience required.
- Sound experience in project management, statistical process control.
