Manage the administration, review and negotiation process of all agreements for an assigned sales region. Identify legal, financial and business issues for resolution.

Provide guidance to sales team on agreement content and deal structure. Collaborate with sales, legal and finance teams, as necessary, to ensure that all applicable internal approvals have been obtained and finalize agreements.

Participate in drafting non-standard agreements and agreements for new products & services as well as maintaining boilerplate agreements

Serve as primary contact between the legal department and other departments requesting contract review and negotiation



Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years of contract management experience supporting a sales team at a software or technology services company.

Must be a self-starter, be pro-active, creative and have high energy and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
