Description
|
Coordinate multiple tasks spanning multiple areas of technical support.
• Provides team leadership to other Technical Support Engineers.
• Takes initiative to conduct independent studies, analysis, interpretations and conclusions.
• Performs an active leadership role during the normal course of business.
• Plan and coordinate customer project activities, ensures customers take action on projects and chair customer conference calls.
• Write reports which details problems and indicate actions required to resolve and avoid them in the future.

Position Requirements
|
Be able to prioritize issues and put actions in place to resolve.
• Interface with 1st Level management to escalate issues so they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Recommend to Management actions that will allow a project to complete on time.
• Understand Tekelec’s position on the Product and be aware of this position when discussing with a Customer.
• Make sound recommendations for the purchase of required equipment.
• Provide leadership to others on achieving the required tasks to complete a Project on time. |
