  • Profiling the territory to establish thorough understanding of the partner base
  • Identify key companies with the potential to become partners
  • Attract and recruit partners who have coverage in areas where the company has no or limited coverage either from a product, geographical or industry sector perspective
  • Maintain accuracy of ongoing Partner mapping by Industry, Go-To-Market Initiatives (GTMi) and Product initiatives for market coverage and determining gap analysis 
  • Driving those partners to generate business, Training and Marketing Plans focused on addressing the desired market segment


  • Requirements

    3 - 5 years of experience in Alliance or Channel development role in a enterprise software company

    Successful sales and/or consulting experience, selling and positioning application solutions at an executive level

    Project planning and management skills

    High level of communication skills (both written and oral)

  • Self-motivator with the ability to work independently and as a team (as required)
