Working closely with top management in seeking out real estate investment opportunities (principally land and properties), you will conduct feasibility studies, financial analysis and assessments, due diligence, as well as be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing business plans and strategies.

Degree in Estate Management, Bachelor of Business Administration, MBA or their equivalent, with at least 5 years' related experience in new business ventures, including investments, acquisitions and joint ventures (would be an asset), preferably in the property industry, local and overseas;
