In this generalist HR position you will play an active role in the day-to-day running of HR operations and ensure the effective and efficient delivery of HR services to support the business operations. In addition to a degree, the ideal candidate should possess minimum 10 years HR Generalist and management experience, preferably gained from multinational companies.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must have strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive change. With a hands-on mentality, you will also have a strong drive to succeed and the ability to perform in a highly results- oriented environment.
