The Associate is primarily responsible for both business development and the execution of search assignments generated by self or partners of the firm. He/she is in charge of the search process - from marketing and sales activities with existing and potential clients to supervision of the entire search execution process, which includes conducting progress meetings with clients on the assignment and providing constructive advice and market information to clients.
Requirements
The Associate must have strong interpersonal and excellent communication.He/she is confident in making presentations at the executive level of clients’ organizations; a good relationship manager with excellent sales and negotiation skills to be a service partner, problem-solver and solutions provider to the clients.
