Minimum 6 years experience in HRM / HRD at management level, incorporating internal consultation to Senior staff members in a multi-cultural environment
- Degree holder and/or HR qualification
- Exceptional interpersonal, people management, consulting and stand-up training skills
- Good communication and influencing skills at senior management level
