Monitors productivity, guiding or delegating corrective actions and following up on results

Assists in the development of departmental and operational budgets, monitoring and controlling expenditures

Assists in the selection of direct reports and key staff.

Develops and implements department related policies, procedures and work instructions.

Leads the annual budgeting process for the organisations in support of the 5 year business plan development and to support corporate objectives and needs.

7 – 10 years of Leadership experience in a similar environment;

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing systems and budgeting.
