Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Marketing; CFA will be an advantage
At least five – seven years of prior product development experience, ideally in a financial institution
Proven track record with strong analytical / numerate, leadership and influencing skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, project management skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to peers and management.
Strong business acumen with good dose of initiative and creativity is essential
