Use and develop tools to assess customer systems and
analyze data sources, and ensure accurate internal delivery of
customer data. Perform detailed and complex Data Analysis and
Situational Analysis to support the development of statistics based
management decision making tools. Prepare and deliver data to internal
and external customers / users. Assist in ensuring software regulatory
compliance. Develop Data Analysis Tools using Java , SQL and
potentially Visual Basic. Assist in systems implementation and
delivery. Develop technical and functional specifications for data
collection, product functionality and product implementation.
Communicate Technical and Functional Requirements to customers and /
or internal staff.
Requirements
BS in IT or related field. 2 years + experience in a software development / delivery related capacity. 2+ years experience in statistical data analysis. 2 years minimum JAVA and SQL. 2 . Excellent communication skills. Familiarity of basic statistical concepts. Workers Compensation or Health Care Insurance experience a plus.
