  • Provide second and third level support on existing applications based on Java
  • Managing existing clients and supporting them on business issues
  • Lead a team of 2 support specialists


    • Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree/Diploma
  • At least 5 years of IT experience with more than 2 years of support experience
  • Strong experience in SQL 2000
  • Strong experience in writing SQL queries, stored procedures etc
  • Experience in report generation using Crystal, Brio reports
  • Prior experience in J2EE application support is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, previous analytical and problem solving techniques.
