He/She will be providing technical leadership to the team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
He/She will be collaborating on functional requirements, tracking team's schedule and deliverables and working closely wtih PM and test team to meet the project schedule.
Requirements
In order to be successful, he/she must possess strong technical background including more than 5 years of windows development experience.
Candidate must have experience in C/C++, C#, XML, XSLT, Web Services and .NET Framework.
He/She must be experienced in SMTP and Anti Spam.
Candidate must be familiar with object oriented design techniquesl; with more than 2 years developments lead role and proven track record of managing a team throughout at least one complete product cycle.
He/She must possess strong technical aptitude & problem solving abilities; demonstrated ability to independently lead a team of developers and technical leadership.
Candidate with excellent debugging techniques should apply.
He/she must be able to work under pressure to meet the project schedule.
