  • Streamline operational process to ensure scalability of operations teams as APOC take on new subsidiaries accounts payables operations management
  • Participants in accounts payables specific finance projects
  • Manage employee morale and coach for/leverage team to drive performance, ensuring employee meet performance every financial year quarter.
  • Organize/provide training to team to build technical and soft skills.
  • Willingly takes risks on high potentials/high performers to stretch and develop them.

  • Requirements

       Knowledge to SAP is preferred.

    Knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables functionality) is required. MS Access and macro skill is preferred but not necessary.

    Knowledge to manage finance shares services team preferably in accounts payables processing

    Highly initiated to understand operational environment and size up opportunities for process improvement

    Knowledge to collect and analyze key performance indicators

    Knowledge to lead operational process improvements through automation via macros/Access

    Excellent negotiation and communication with end users and vendors.

    Highly effective at integrating diverse points of views from members of internal and external partners.
