The main responsibilities for the role will include market mapping and profiling, headhunting, candidate relationship management, retained search, on-line recruitment, database management, and long term research projects. Full training is given and realistic prospects exist to develop into a Consultant.
Requirements
To qualify for the position you should be a degree holder, and should have experience of working in sales, recruitment or banking. You should have the ability to multi task and have outstanding communication and influencing skills. Project management skills are an added advantage.
