 You will support telephony operations for Contact Centres, liaise with users and Operations Manager on system issues, work with maintenance vendors to escalate Major and Minor issues to meet Service Level Agreement.  You are also required to track all issues logged and submit reports to the management for performance review.



Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science / Electrical & Electronic Engineering or its equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in supporting systems and user operations in a Call Centre environment
  • Possesses good technical knowledge of network infrastructure and telephony systems’ design, implementation and support
  • Familiar with Avaya range of telephony products, preferably Avaya, MCSE 2003 or CCNA certified
  • Good vendor management skills
