You will be an integral part of the Group’s risk management team developing and implementing a risk management and compliance system. You will also participate in corporate development transactions.

Ensure adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and assess compliance with the internal control system.
Provide risk and performance reports to senior management.
Liaise with legal counsel and external professional agents as required.
Participate in corporate development transactions to mitigate transaction risk through close monitoring and coordination of transaction processes.
Manage the corporate transaction flow and throughput with effective checklists, activity workplans and other transaction documentation.
