Requirements
University degree in Computing + 2 years’ experience in PC support OR Diploma or above in Computing + 3 years’s experience in PC support
Certification preferred: MCSE/MCP/CLP
Good communication skill
Good interpersonal skill and service attitude
Good knowledge on hardware and software
Knowledge on networking equipment configuration, internet, Window and Unix preferred
Hands-on knowledge of various commonly used hardware/software
PC operation, Windows and LAN administration
Support of Telecommunications services and PABX system if required
Willing to work independently and under pressure
