The successful candidate for this position will require a very strong recruitment background and an understanding of many functional business roles/and units.
You will liaise with vendors regarding recruitment needs together with managing the recruitment process with the expectation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, will have a minimum of around 5 years relevant experience and can ideally demonstrate a track record in an agency or corporate. Financial recruitment would be seen as an advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills, a client service orientation and the ability to multi task in a demanding environment is a necessity.
