Present development updates to Director of at weekly team meetings and participate in business development discussions and develop new recruiting strategies based on current internal needs.
-Manage various recruiting responsibilities such as maintenance of service contacts with placement and search firms on the required documentation. Placement of newspaper/internet advertising, periodic re-examination of overall recruiting process and training of new recruiting managers.
Requirements
6 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources placing senior leadership, professional and IT technical positions. Preferably someone working for an Information Technology firm would be ideally suitable.
-5 years of leading recruitment team experience preferred.
-Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate via the telephone and in person is a must. Strong Behavioral interviewing experience
