With a transitioning business model in place, you will ensure the assembly of a first class shared services team, develop a strategy to ensure this function is utilised to its maximum capability and lead this large team from the front. You will also ensure the smooth operations of this team post assembly.
Requirements
With a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in which at least 5 of those in a management capacity, you must also be armed with a degree in accountancy (or similar) and must have built a shared services team previously. You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and this coupled with your CA/CPA or ACCA qualification, you will be well on your way to securing this exhilarating position.
