The Banquet Captain is accountable for the efficient and effective planning and conduct of banquets catered by the NAC.  He/She is responsible for the supervision of servers assigned to each banquet function.

Le/La capitaine des banquets est responsable de la planification et du déroulement efficient et efficace des banquets du CNA.  Il/Elle supervise les serveurs-ses lors de chaque banquet.

Requirements
ü      Must be bilingual (english/french) in both official languages;
ü      High School diploma;
ü      Minimum 6 years experience in a similar position;
ü      Extensive knowledge of food & beverage service;
ü      Basic knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and catering software;
ü      Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment;
ü      Must demonstrate strong customer service skills;
ü      Ability to problem solve is a must;
Must have Smart Serve certification
