Job Description
· Role - Service Delivery Manager (1 opening)
· Role is that of a Production Support Manager
· Strong production support experience in a DW/Reporting environment
· Technical skills specially w.r.t BOBJ tools sets (Webi, Crystal, Xcelsius) is an asset
· Additional skills w.r.t MSTR or SAS is a great advantage but not a must
· Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
· Ability to manage chaotic environments and conflicting priorities to provide clear guidance to the support team
· Strong customer facing skills to talk to business and educate them on production issues and resolution
