We have several Civil Engineering positions available for engineer’s with a skills and background’s in drainage, storm water, run off and sanitation. The engineer’s we seek will have 3+ years of Land development, subdivision and Municipal experience. Qualified candidates should have hands-on design and survey experience. Construction experience helpful. AutoCAD essential! We have positions ranging from junior level (3+ years) to senior Level (5+ years) We seek candidates with experience in environmental site characterization, regulatory compliance, and remediation. Duties include some field oversight, report preparation, and project management of environmental investigation and remediation projects.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Masters degree in Environmental Science with a professional license. Experience in PA/DEP regulations a must! Experience with client interaction, and strong analytical, writing, and communication a must  

Requirements
- BS degree or a technical background (our client would substitute a degree for experience).
- PE a plus
- Drainage experience - including sewers, storm drain - Some Construction experience helpful
- State and Municipal Township experience
- Design skills with AutoCAD required
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

• MS degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or Geology
• PE or PG (for Senior level)
• Experience in field oversight, environmental investigation, remedial design, groundwater sampling & remediation system operation.
• Thorough understanding of design process, contract documents & A/E construction practices
• Solid NJ experience & strong understanding of NJDEP & federal environmental regulations are a must
• Experience with NYSDEC permitting requirements are a plus
• Prepare preliminary, engineering & detailed cost estimates
• Supervise & direct staff, subcontractors & remediation contractors
• Prepare bid specifications & coordinate contractor bidding
• Ability to manage several small to mid-sized projects simultaneously
• Candidates will spend time in both the field & office
• Strong communication, report writing & management skills are required
