Job Descriptions & Requirements:

NOTE:  THIS IS NOT A CLERICAL JOB.

Material preparation specialist

 o  Preparation of all materials used in manufacturing sensor pads.  Accurate cutting of fabric material, wire preparation.

o   Must be able to follow documented processes and/or instructions from Senior Manufacturing Specialists and/or Production Manager

o  Review quality of materials and highlight any issues to Sr. Manufacturing Specialist and/or Production Manager/Director of Manufacturing
 

Sensor pad assembly

o  Assembly of sensor pads according to documented process.

o  Accurately align components to be assembled using tape adhesives.

o  Operate simple test and verification equipment that checks for shorts and opens.

Requirements

 

Education & Skills Requirements: 

Grade 12 or equivalent education.

Good hands on assembly-type skills and attention to detail.

Good with numbers and measurements.

Good manual dexterity.

Computer skills an asset.

Electronics and/or cable manufacturing experience an asset.
