Our client is an innovative leader within the renewable energy industry. They have been in business for 20 years and want to continue to supply and introduce their "green" solid fuels across North America and the world. They are currently seeking an Executive Assistant for the downtown Toronto head office.
The successful candidate will have at least two years experience in managing all facets of executives daily activities and have exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones for the executive and the company’s general line
- Booking appointments for the executive and making sure that they are met
- Arranging for conference calls, occasionally taking notes
- Making travel arrangements for the executive
- Proofread / review documents for clarity
- Drafting contracts and agreements, sending out to suppliers and following up
- Occasionally taking care of personal tasks for the executive
- Miscellaneous administrative responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Ability to draft business documents and correspondence with other executives
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong memory for names and status of active projects
- Excellent Internet research and MS Office skills
- Experience with FrontRange Goldmine is a plus
- Energetic, pro-active, and dynamic personality
