Employee Relations Representative - ER REP
Would you like to work independently while building relationships with employees out in the field rather than just sitting in an office? Volt Human Resources Incorporated - VHRI is looking for a strong customer-minded individual to work as an Employee Relations Representative from their Burnaby office. The Employee Relations Representative acts as a liaison between Field Employees and the Client Manager to ensure the temporary assignment is successful. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced environment where you will be exposed to a variety of situations and tasks.
This person must be available to work weekends. This is a temp-to-hire position with a 40+ hr work week.
Job Responsibilities:
Scheduling ongoing meetings with employees, timely response to employee questions, building relationships with client managers and acting as an advocate for Volt programs.
Applicants should possess the ability to build strong relationships and have proven experience doing so.
The ability to multi-task and work independently is a must.

Job Requirements for this ER REP:
Strong customer service experience is required.
Effective communication, negotiation and organizations skills are required.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations are required.
Computer skills including strong knowledge of MS Office Suite is required.
Experience in managing multiple projects/deadlines.
Demonstrated problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
BS/BA/MA accomplished or in process or 2+ years applicable experience.
