As a Sales Associate you excel at customer service and product knowledge. You are passionate about bath and beauty products, ingredients and therapeutic properties. You enjoy deepening your understanding of hair and skin care, actively demonstrating on the shop floor and naturally approaching customers and fluidly determining their needs. You work well with a team, are an effective communicator, and thrive on building lasting customer relationships. You participate in contests, exceed daily goals, and task in the store as needed. You create a fun work environment everyday by keeping the store beautiful, the sales high, your fellow associates inspired, and your customers satisfied.
