Job Summary:
- Providing employee and manager support via phone, fax and email within the HR Service Center
- Answering North American inquiries including: Benefits, Portal, HR Policies & Procedures, Employment Verification, Confidential and General Inquiries
- Assisting in HR and team projects where applicable
Key Responsibilities:
Strong written and oral communications skills in the English language
- Able to work independently
- Ability to work and interact in a team environment
- Proficient computer user, familiar with MS Office application (Excel & Word)
- SAP/PeopleSoft experience is an asset
- Self-starter with the capability of meeting multiple deadlines
- Quick learner
- Strong analytical skills are required
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills and time management skills.
- Flexible to overtime.
- Enhanced reliability
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
