Airport Terminal Services (ATS), is an International ground handler to support the airline industry.

We have immediate openings for Human Resources Generalist/ Admin. at our Montréal-Trudeau Airport location.

Our HR Generalist/ Admins. are responsible for overseeing all human resource functions for recruitment, new hire processing, benefits enrollment, worker’s compensation, etc. Acts as the main employee contact for employment related issues at the station. Provides administrative support functions as assigned by the Station Manager.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of HR experience that includes direct employee contact, experience with branding and marketing efforts in a recruitment function, ability to work independently with little supervision – a self-starter, excellent interpersonal and written skills required, good computer skills and strong knowledge of the Internet. Must have excellent organizational skills, a keen ability to adapt to routine change and must be a creative and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.

*Required to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly, must be able to stand, lift, bend, push and pull for extended time, must work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment, must work various shifts, weekends, or irregular shifts, must have valid drivers License, be 18 or older, possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, must be able to obtain airport security clearance which includes an extensive check of your last 5 years of employment, criminal record and residence history.
