They are currently looking for an Intercompany Analyst who will monitor, control and analyze intercompany activities and ensure affiliated companies comply with corporate standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for complete intercompany transaction flow process with affiliated companies;
Ensure intercompany balances in a timely and accurate manner;
Offer continuous improvement ideas to better the intercompany process;
Establish, document and enforce process controls and securities;
Audit the relevant corporate standards to ensure ongoing compliance;
Calculate optimal transfer pricing and monitor its application in intercompany invoicing;
Audit intercompany inventory movement;
Prepare consolidated financial statements.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor degree in finance or accounting;
Advanced Excel skills, excellent analytical skills;
At least 5+ years experience in the field;
Ability to travel to other affiliate offices.
