Our client is a reputable Canadian conglomerate in a number of diversified industries including property and real estate.  To meet their expansion they are looking for a dynamic professional for the position of: MARKETING MANAGER

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing of their new retail/residential project, which is situated at a prestigious location.   You will develop and implement marketing strategies for the sales/lease of the retail space and residential units.

Requirements
You should possess a degree preferably in Real Estate, Business/Marketing or a related discipline with at least eight years of relevant experience in marketing and sales of retail and residential properties.
