Our client is a world class, innovative agricultural manufacturing company which has a strong commitment to product research & development and providing high performance equipment and solutions for the Ag industry. An expansion in the company’s product line has created a challenging opportunity for a ‘Production Engineering Manager ‘ to provide leadership to a dynamic engineering production team while overseeing production, supervising projects and implementing R&D initiatives.
This management role is ideal for a career oriented professional engineer who seeks an advancement in their career to further elevate their career. Our client’s success has been led by strengthening their business through serving their employees, customers and communities.
Applicant Requirements:
• Management level manufacturing experience preferred
• Status as a Professional Engineer (Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering) an asset
• Practical knowledge of SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD
• Willingness to reside in a rural community setting
• Must be able to work easily with others in a team environment and have fun!
• Farm experience an asset.
You would hold ultimate accountability for managing resources to produce optimum bottom line results.
