PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide professional project management experience to designated building/real estate projects and assignments with interaction with clients, internal and external project management team, monitors and coordinates the execution of, and controls and services relating to client contracted agreements for project management and tenant improvement consulting services.
To manage all incidentals required of the job to include necessary reporting, benchmarking, performance statistics and expense tracking
To form partnership and constant interaction with regional team of project managers.
Requirements
Exercises overall project direction and coordination through all its six phases, i.e., initiation, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction and commissioning and occupancy.
Is accountable to business end-users for successful project completion with the established project parameters of quality, budget and schedule.
Creates effective project organization by putting together in-house experts with design team and other consultants.
Integrates the efforts of the entire project organization and obtains the best possible results through professional interface management.
Establishes project controls and maintains timely management reporting to inform higher management of project progress and obtains the necessary approvals, guidance and/or decisions.
