Minimum of 6-10 years work experience in multi-national companies or organizations in the fields of training and development, consulting, HR or other related general management capacities, preferably direct HR management experience in a training/consulting organization setting.
- Key competency and skill include solid business acumen and human capital development ability, general and line HR management capability and functional depth in talent selection, executive/leadership recruiting, organizational change /transition management, and organizational development, and multi-national/cross-cultural exposures and sensitivity.
