SkillsMeridian Inc is an elite recruitment partner for many top Canadian companies and we are seeking sales executives for a leading provider of SaaS software solutions to the healthcare industry in the US and Canada. They are also a top company in the EMR market with a focus on physicians. This company is a fast growing company and need sales leaders to help drive revenue and delight our customers in the Ontario Canada market. They have a proven portfolio of products and have had great brand name. The company requires the best team to continue to execute the sales and business development strategy.
They are looking for seasoned Sales Executives across Ontario. Candidates must be self-starters, highly motivated, have strong business acumen, experienced in the healthcare industry and must have proven ability to multi-task. You will have a direct sales role with the maturity to manage multiple accounts. You must demonstrate the initiative, aptitude and territory management skills to consistently exceed objectives. Integrity, professionalism and a strong passion to make our customers successful is a must.
You must have at least 3 - 5 years of direct sales or business development experience, with a proven track record, selling into a healthcare industry and physician community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Direct sales to Hospitals, and Outpatient Clinics
• Build Sales Pipeline
• Effectively present product applications to prospects
• Efficiently manage all stages of sales cycles and sales process
• Demonstrate strong closing skills
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
• Look after customers in assigned territory, working with training and implementation staff
• Properly manage details through CRM system and other sales processes set up by the company
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Post secondary education
• Minimum 3-5 plus years of healthcare sales, business development experience
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Experience selling to physicians with a background in EMR, pharmaceuticals or medical devices
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communications
• Good knowledge of PCs including Win 2000, XP. (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel
• Outstanding presentation skills with ability to articulate conceptually
• Strong team player
