Fortis Properties is currently recruiting for the position of Sales and Marketing Manager for the Greenwood Inn & Suites located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The successful candidate will be responsible for aggressively cultivating and developing new business while maintaining
and building on our current client base. You will be expected
to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and room night
goals. Responsibilities will also include establishing marketing
strategies to meet organizational objectives, evaluate customer
research, market conditions, competitor data and implement
marketing plan changes as needed.
The successful candidate must be a team player with strong
strategic selling skills preferably within the hospitality/tourism
industry. Exceptional time management ability, a history of
community involvement along with a high level of energy and
self-discipline are required. A strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Office is essential. Post-secondary education in
business or hospitality would be considered an asset.
