Working with the Vice President, Human Resource, you will be responsible for: 

Identifying potential constraints and levers and determine action plans for ensuring a steady flow of high calibre resource into the business for the short, medium and long term.

Strategic HR planning and organisational development.

Talent management and succession planning.

Leadership development.

Project management.

 

Requirements
You should have a recognized Degree with a minimum of 4-7 years of experience as a generalist in HR in a multinational company or as an external consultant. You should be a commercially astute HR professional with a solid understanding of Development practice. Excellent management skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
