This position is for a Store Manager/Store Manager in Training with Movie Gallery
 -  The store manager will provide supervision, motivation and "strong" leadership to associates, be goal orientated and exercise management control over all operational and service related functions in the store.
 -  He/She insures that the highest standards of customer service are maintained. 

 This employment is Permanent full-time, on call, weekends, days and evenings.This is a salaried position with "great" bonus potential. Opportunities for advancement.

Requirements
- The leader must possess the ability to build a strong team of associates, lead by example and work "with" your team.
-  Plan and direct daily operations, prepares budgets and monitor revenues and expenditures, determine consumer demands, recruit and train, coach and develop staff for advancement within the company. Operate the store as per all policies, procedures and guidelines.
 - Other Skills:  computers, math, writing, reading, working with others, planning, organizational and problem solving. Ability to provide a "Fun - Positive" atmosphere for their team as well as our customers
