Proactively identify, manage and resolve issues arising from the support process in a timely manner Responsible for the acceptance of new releases of applications software from systems development team or software suppliers Provide expert advice in some or all aspects of the programming methods, tools and/or standards used in the organization Ensure proper and timely communication is provided to users and other interested parties on tool progress/developments
Requirements
Degree in IT or equivalent and MCSE or MCP certification will be an added advantage Minimum 3 years' experience in supporting various Microsoft technologies such as the Windows 2000 operating system, file & print services, Exchange 2000/3, SQL 2000, Active Directory, IIS, etc. Minimum of 2 years' experience in supporting web-based applications in a large-scale enterprise network Experience in design and implementation of web-based solutions using the .NET framework as well as good programming skills in Visual Basic.NET, VB Script, C#, ASP and ASP.Net
