· Develop a Customer Service team that can:
Handle email fulfillment
Conduct Surveys
Field phone calls and direct client contacts to the appropriate sales
personnel.
· Direct and develop a Sales Team that will solicit client contacts to purchase direct mail products/campaigns.
· Establish a strong business relationship with outside vendors for software and telephones.
· Develop a good flow of communication between internal departments.
· Manage all program systems and activities in order to ensure that client expectations are successfully achieved.
Since this is a team in growth mode, the successful candidate will need to implement and maintain:
Service Level
Talk/Wrap Time
Data Integrity
Consumer Satisfaction
Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports
Internal forms, documents, training manuals and Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements
College Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experience
Three Years Call Center Management Experience
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Inbound/Outbound Phone Systems, and Various Teleservices Software packages
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Call Center Background Strongly Preferred
