Working within a fast moving environment, you will be responsible for providing proactive and practical HR outcomes to the Investment Banking business unit in HK as well as other locations.Your clients will be senior line managers and the role will cover the broad spectrum of HR responsibilities including resourcing, talent management, succession planning, performance management, disciplinary issues, coaching, counseling, employee relations and compensation and benefits.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be degree qualified and have at least 8 years experience with an impressive blue chip background working in generalist HR roles. Banking experience will be advantageous as will be previous exposure to HR issues.You must be change oriented, be able to develop a strong understanding of the business and have the interpersonal skills to interface effectively with key line managers and other support divisions.
