Modeling of property-level cash flow plus income from waterfall arrangements to equity and debt positions
- Perform DCF analyses and computation of investment performance metrics
- Performance measurement on asset operations
- Research and analysis of real estate markets and general economic trends
- Provide analytical support to asset management team
- Preparation of materials for management and investor reporting as necessary.
Requirements
At least 2 years experience in underwriting, valuation, financial analysis of commercial real estate investments
- Basic knowledge of investment vehicles and structures
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; solid skills in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Experience with real estate modeling software such as Argus and/or DYNA a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Team player, motivated to thrive in a multi-cultural environment
